Flood Prevention Footprints

　As the summer typhoon season approaches, the WS team completed the installation of a Flood Gate at the underground parking ramp entrance of a residential community in Beitun District, Taichung City. The system was planned according to the site's conditions and operational requirements to enhance flood protection for the underground parking area.

　Underground parking ramps are particularly vulnerable to water backflow during heavy rainfall. Rainwater can quickly flow down the ramp, affecting vehicles and public facilities. Installing a Flood Gate effectively prevents rainwater from entering and reduces the risk of flooding in underground spaces.
