In addition to Taiwan’s main island and offshore islands, shipping is also available to regions such as Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Please contact us in advance to confirm whether logistics services are available for your delivery address. International shipping fees are to be covered by the recipient.

Yes, warranty service is provided. Unopened Tech Sandbags are covered by a 5-year warranty. Flood Guard Barrier are covered for 5 years against non-human damages. Edge sealing strips, as consumable parts, are not included in the warranty.
